Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care and hygiene items
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, we do not accept returns on:

Exchanges

If you'd like a different item, the quickest option is to return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, include all tags and packaging, and be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
